Finding product alternatives and comparing details “apples to apples” is simpler than ever. Plus, adding new contacts is a lot more intuitive. You can now:
1 – Request alternative items.
Ask your supplier to provide alternatives as soon as you request quotes.
2 – Find the best prices and lead times in seconds.
Just toggle the “Compare Quotes” button — when a field turns green, that means it’s the lowest price or shortest lead time. If the field turns red, it means that’s the highest price or longest lead time.
3 – Request any specific pieces of information you need, as much or as little as you need.
Customize the data fields in your request – you’re not stuck with default fields.
4 – See all your RFQs at a glance.
RFQs are now in one place, and can be easily sorted by project, suppliers, statuses, and more.
5 – Approve only the parts of a quote that you like and send RFQ data to your dashboard.
Select the items you like within your supplier’s quote and approve them. Then, push the updated information, provided by your supplier, to your dashboard.
6 – Easily upload more than one contact at a time.
7 – Keep track of your available budget without leaving the dashboard.
One less step: You can now see how much is left in your budget at a glance.
8 – Work more easily with non-AEC collaborators.
“Divisions” is now “Categories.” In an effort to make collaboration easier, we’ve renamed this column to a word that is more universally understood. Less explaining for you, less confusion for them!
