By using Fohlio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Software.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fohlio for OS&E + FF&E procurement purposes.
You may not sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
You agree not to use Fohlio for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Software.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, or attempt to derive the source code.
We take reasonable measures to secure your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to use Fohlio at your own risk.
You grant us the right to collect, process, and store data provided by you in connection with the use of Fohlio.
We may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to Fohlio at our discretion.
Support services may be available, and details will be provided separately.
