• User Type Conversion: Easily switch users between external and internal roles, providing greater flexibility in user management.

CLIENT INVOICE PROPOSAL ENHANCEMENTS 

• Create Client Proposals & Invoices Without Item Selection: You can now generate a CP or CI without selecting any FF&E items—simply include fees like design fees or soft costs. This update addresses one of the most requested enhancements, providing greater flexibility in proposal and invoice creation.

• Enhanced FF&E Item Selection: Users can now select FF&E items directly within the CP/CI page, streamlining the proposal and invoice process.

• Aggregated Cost Display: View total costs per area or category in Client Proposals/Client Invoices, making it easier to assess overall expenditures.

• Soft cost customization: Easily add different types of soft costs or fees to better align with your cost structure.
