Everything you need to know about a product’s specs in your library is now at your fingertips. Plus, you can now manage shipping during your project’s earlier phases. Here’s how:
- “Open as a Page” shows you all your product specs at a glance. You can even edit details right in the page.
- Unique IDs will allow you to quickly find any product across all your projects, and even across all your tools! That also means better tracking of a product’s usage, performance, and any other historical data.
- Assign delivery addresses during specification.
- Keep company, jobsite, and warehouse addresses separate from each other so you can send the right items to the right place.

Unique Product IDs
Video: Learn more about UIDs
Our new unique product identifiers makes it easier to:
- Avoid product duplication and data loss.
- Track a product’s progress, performance, and usage across projects and over time.
- Assess whether products are worth re-specifying for future projects.
- Make decisions based on trustworthy historical data.
- Automate internal naming conventions.
Create IDs inside a project: whenever a new item is added, it gets a pre-filled Project Item ID.
Library Unique ID stores item codes (like SKUs) common across other tools you use, like ERPs or accounting software.
- Quickly find products to update or review.
- Get a solid grip on tracking and traceability. Whether it's tracking shipments, monitoring inventory, or managing product catalogs, unique IDs are a reliable way to follow an item's journey, history, and associated information.
- Build a holistic view of how a product is performing and get meaningful insights to aid in decision making.
- Unique IDs are the building block for seamless data integration across different modules, systems and databases.
Delivery Planning
Video: Coordinate Project & Procurement Teams
Decide where to ship each product while you’re specifying and save time when raising POs to suppliers. Thus, increase coordination between project team and procurement department. You can choose between the jobsite address or any of the warehouse addresses in your Contact Book.
Keep client files neat and tidy by separating company (or “legal”) and jobsite addresses. Documents, like client proposals or invoices, will be issued to a client’s billing address. Meanwhile, orders may be delivered directly to the project address.
